The Marol Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting sustainable education in South Sudan.
Our first project is the Marol School which opened on May 7, 2008, in the rural village of Marol,Warrap State, South Sudan. The current enrollment
of over 600 students includes both girls and boys.
The Marol Academy Board of Directors believes that to build a nation, both boys and girls must be educated equally.
Recent News:
•Three British carpenters recently returned from a three week stay at the Marol School during which time they constructed benches and desk while teaching many students valuable carpentry skills. Visit our School News page for more information
